We model the geotechnical and the structural works in one federated environment, so the excavation support, the substructure and the permanent frame are checked against each other before anything is set out on site. Clash detection, quantity take-off and 4D sequencing all come out of the same model.

The model is not a deliverable that sits on a shelf. It carries the setting-out data the crews work to, the quantities the warehouse orders against, and the progress views the client sees.
