BMIS is our project information system, built in-house on SharePoint. Every drawing, submittal, RFI and QA/QC record lives in one controlled place with its revision history — so the version in someone's hands on site is the version the design office actually issued.

Workflows route approvals to the right people and leave an audit trail behind them. When a variation or a final account has to be defended, the evidence is already assembled rather than reconstructed from memory months later.
