GEOcore — In-house Software
At a glance: what is GEOcore?
GEOcore is a specialised, integrated application that brings the entire delivery cycle of a deep-excavation stabilization project — from design and wall modelling, through daily site control and material management, to progress-claim preparation — into one environment. It is built around the real needs of nailing, anchorage and retaining-wall sites, and natively supports the language, calendar (Solar Hijri) and standards of the Iranian construction industry.
Its goal is to remove duplicated work, make costs transparent, and turn scattered site data into decision-ready reports — so that at any moment the project manager has an accurate picture of physical progress, material consumption and the project's financial position.

The engineering view
1. Modelling and structural-element management
GEOcore models the full excavation geometry wall by wall and manages every executed element with complete technical detail:
- Nails, strands (multi-strand), monobars and weep-holes — with bond/unbond length split, and drilling and grouting quantities
- Trusses and their parts (columns, diagonals, horizontal members), column-base piles, horizontal ties and cross bracing (struts)
- Foundations and tie-beams, with automatic concrete-volume and rebar-weight calculation
- Shotcrete and the anchor plan, recording coordinates, level and area

2. Daily operations control and progress tracking
Every site activity (drilling, grouting, stressing, plate installation, shotcreting) is logged against a Solar-Hijri date and turned into automatic reports. The management dashboard shows, at a glance, total quantities, the drilled-versus-remaining split by type, and the total weight of steel elements (executed and pending).
3. Material and execution, joined up
The warehouse is tied to execution by weight and in real time: as each element is recorded, the corresponding materials (rebar, concrete, plate) are deducted automatically using standard formulas — and if data is corrected, the previous deduction is reversed and replaced. This prevents accumulation errors and stock discrepancies.
The commercial and management view
1. Cost and progress-claim system
GEOcore produces the progress claim broken down by activity type (with each contract's own unit and unit price) and compares it against the project's real cost — execution-crew wages, staff salaries, petty cash and consumed materials. The result is a live period profit/loss analysis that lets the manager judge the project's economic health before the work ends.

2. Financial and petty-cash management
- Petty-cash handling with a document (invoice/receipt) attachable to each transaction
- Payroll and staff attendance, with overtime calculation
- A financial dashboard to track the project's cash flow
3. Event, claim and knowledge management
The system carries a full event-management cycle: structured logging of claims and events (with root-cause, corrective action and status tracking), automatic generation of a signable "site minutes" document for the client and the supervising body, and recording of lessons learned in an organisational knowledge base — so each project's experience becomes capital for the next.
