Project Management Information System (PMIS)

PPZIGGURAT has developed an in-house Project Management Information System (PMIS) on Microsoft SharePoint to centralize project documentation and improve document control, coordination, and traceability throughout project execution.

The system provides a controlled environment for managing drawings, technical documents, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) records. Revision histories help users identify the current status of documents and track changes, reducing the risk of outdated drawings or documents being used on site.

Document Control and Approval Workflows

PMIS supports structured approval workflows that route documents and requests to the relevant personnel. By maintaining review histories and traceable records, the system helps establish accountability and provides a documented record of project decisions and approvals. Project Records and Traceability

Centralized documentation helps ensure that project records remain accessible and organized throughout execution. When technical decisions, completed work, or final accounts need to be reviewed, the supporting documentation can be retrieved from the project record rather than reconstructed retrospectively.

Through centralized document management and workflow control, PMIS supports more consistent coordination between project teams, site personnel, and the technical office.
